3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all work areas. We are not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe conditions, concealed hazards, or pre-existing property issues.
